As an international traveler, do I have to claim my luggage?

If the Orlando International Airport is your first point of entry into the United States, please follow the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process and claim your luggage upon disembarking the airplane. Once you have completed this process and if your flight arrived before 10:00 p.m., you will give your luggage back to the airport officials and proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center on B side, Level 1. For international Guests arriving after 10:00 p.m., please retain your luggage and proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center. Your luggage will accompany you on the motor coach.

If you have already completed the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process in another U.S. city, proceed directly to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center on B side, Level 1. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., collect your luggage for transport on the motor coach.

What if I did not receive my Disney's Magical Express Service information packet, including vouchers and luggage tags, prior to leaving home?

Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, proceed directly to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center where transfer vouchers will be provided. For Guests with flights arriving between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Disney will obtain your information, collect your luggage and deliver it to your room at your Resort hotel. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect their luggage at baggage claim and transport it with them on the motor coach.

When will my luggage be delivered to my room at my Resort hotel?

For Guests arriving on flights between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., it may take up to 3 hours after your check-in at your Disney Resort hotel. You do not need to be in your room to receive your luggage. Please pack any valuables, medications or anything you need immediately upon your arrival in Orlando in a carry-on bag. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect luggage for transport on the motor coach.

On my day of departure, how will I know what time a motor coach will pick me up at my Resort hotel to return to Orlando International Airport?

The day before you check out, you will receive a transportation notice advising you of your motor coach pick-up time, which will be approximately 3 hours prior to your flight departure time for U.S. flights and 4 hours prior for international flights. You are responsible for bringing your luggage to the motor coach pick-up location.

Where are the motor coach drop-off locations at Orlando International Airport if I'm traveling back to the airport?

There are motor coach drop-off locations on both the A and B sides of Orlando International Airport (Gates 1–29, 30–59, 60–99 and 100–129).

How will international Guests who do not receive the Disney's Magical Express booklet know what to do upon arrival at the Orlando International Airport?

A general information guide has been created for the Guests who do not receive an Airport Transportation Booklet prior to arrival. View and print a map of Orlando International Airport now. Also view and print guidelines for international guests.
