Refurbishment Update: Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

Exciting things are underway at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and select areas will be undergoing work to refresh the hotel and elevate the overall guest experience. As a result of this work, some offerings may be temporarily modified, and some spaces may not be available during this time:

• From March 10 through mid-May, we will begin construction on updated, enhanced entry gates leading into Disney California Adventure Park. During this time, guests can enter Disney California Adventure Park through an alternate entrance located next to the hotel.
• In March, Storytellers Cafe will temporarily close in its current location for a few weeks to refresh the restaurant’s kitchen areas. During this time, a modified dining experience will be offered in Trillium Room.
• Napa Rose restaurant will temporarily close in April for refurbishment and is slated to reopen in fall 2025. During the reimagining of Napa Rose starting April, Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures will be temporarily relocated to Trillium Room.

Please be assured that while Disney works their magic, guest comfort and enjoyment are our top priority, and work with the highest potential for noise will be limited to daylight hours.
