Rachel from Small World Vacations started helping from the beginning. We have gone to Disney with family for over 30 years. Now with children and grandchildren we decided to get some help, especially on a Disney cruise. With wife, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 3 grandchildren the 9 of us are getting harder to manage. We had many twists and turns trying to satisfy so many different people and managing the many payments to be made over the last few weeks/ months. And of course changes came up, costs kept changing, people changing plans and changing back and forth. Deadlines for payments and people still changing their minds back and forth could drive a person wacky!! But Rachel was always calm, positive and helpful through the entire process. She always had answers to the roadblocks that kept coming up. The cruise is now paid for, plans are set and a big thank you for all Rachel at Small World Vacations put up with to get to this point!!
