Thank you for contacting Small World Vacations about transferring your Disney Cruise to our agency. We offer HALF of our regular Onboard Credit on eligible transferred reservations. There is no charge for our services.

 If you booked a placeholder reservation while onboard a Disney Cruise and would like to transfer it to Small World Vacations, you will not lose your Disney discount or onboard credit. An agent can help you choose a sail date, itinerary and stateroom when you are ready. They will remind you when your placeholder is going to expire. Your onboard credit will be determined at the time of final payment.

Please read eligibility requirements below for transferring your Disney vacation to our agency. We do not recommend cancelling your existing reservation. Availability on the Disney Cruise can change in a matter of minutes and we may not be able to secure your preferred sailing. Additionally, if you cancel a reservation that you rebooked onboard, you will lose your onboard booking discount as well as any perks offered by Disney for rebooking onboard. 

If you are eligible to transfer your Disney Cruise to Small World Vacations, we will contact you with more details and instructions on transferring your reservation to our agency. You will be partnered with one of our agents who will help you plan a magical Disney Cruise. There is no charge for our services. Please note that once your reservation is transferred to Small World Vacations, all changes and payments must be made through your travel agent. 

To determine if a Small World Vacations' agent can assist with transferring your Disney Cruise reservation to our agency, please answer the following questions no more than 27 days after placing your initial deposit on your Disney Cruise or future placeholder cruise.
