Small World Vacations 2026 Agent Education Program in Disneyland – Day Four

Day four started with a scrumptious brunch in the Disneyland Hotel, in a private dining space located right above Goofy’s Kitchen. As a fun surprise, Mickey and Minnie stopped by and took some pictures with us. If only every day could start like this!

After fueling up, we set out for more resort site inspections — this time, of the three Hotels of the Disneyland Resort.

The first top was the Disneyland Hotel. We love the classic Disney feel at this hotel. As you pass the monorail waterslide on your way to your tower, you can feel you’re somewhere special.  We toured a 1-Bedroom Suite which features a bedroom with two queens and a separate living area. This is a nice set up for families looking for a little more space to spread out. The light-up headboards that play When you Wish Upon a Star make us smile no matter how many times we have seen them!

We also toured the newly refurbished High Key Club, which is the private lounge for guests with Concierge access. This stunning space offers plentiful seating, food and beverage offerings throughout the day, and killer views of the fireworks at night. If you’re looking to add a special touch to your vacation, adding Concierge Lounge access or booking a Concierge level room is worth considering.

We stopped at the newest tower at this hotel, which houses the Villas of the Disneyland Hotel. The grounds are bright and playful and invite anyone to stay and play. We toured a Deluxe Studio which makes the most of the space by featuring a Murphy bed.

Afterwards, we walked across to the Pixar Place Hotel. Re-themed and re-imagined in 2024, this is the world’s first fully Pixar-themed hotel! We toured a Standard Room and the Creators Club Concierge Lounge.

Keep an eye out – you never know who you might run into in the lobby of Pixar Place Hotel!

We ended our site inspections at our home base, the Grand Californian Resort. We were given access to the Verandah Concierge Lounge. This beautiful space offers food and beverage throughout the day and comfortable areas to relax after a full day in the park.

We headed back to our rooms to freshen up for an exciting evening ahead. Our agents were instructed to arrive for a reception followed by a Q&A and dinner with surprise guest of honor. They were bubbling with excitement to find out who it might be! To their surprise and incredible delight, our special guest was announced — John Stamos!

It was a dream come true to have John join us for the evening. John has a love for Disney that inspires us, and we were overjoyed to hear him talk about his career, writing his new book If You Would Have Told Me, and how his love for Disney grew as a child. He even joined us for dinner and signed his book for everyone in attendance.

In case that wasn’t enough for one evening, we ended the night with a private viewing of Halloween Screams fireworks spectacular in Disneyland Park.

What a surreal ending to our 2026 Agent Education Program. We returned home feeling inspired, connected, and grateful.

While all of this research can be enlightening and fun for our agents, the most important aspect of our annual program is how our experience benefits YOU.
