Small World Vacations 2026 Agent Education Program in Disneyland – Day One

This year Small World Vacations celebrates 30 years of helping families experience the magic of Disney! And what better place to mark this milestone than where the magic all began – at Disneyland in California.

For three decades, we’ve had the privilege of doing what we love every day –  helping our guests plan unforgettable Disney vacations and creating memories that last long after they return home.

To stay up-to-date with what’s new at Disney, Small World Vacations’ conducts an annual onsite agent education program (AEP). Our agents came from all across the country to learn and connect as a team. Many agents have been with Small World Vacations for 15 – 20 years! We truly care about your vacation and work tirelessly on your behalf to save you time, headaches and money.

Our agents’ extensive first-hand knowledge of the Disney resorts, restaurants, theme parks, ships and cruise itineraries is the secret to helping you plan your magical Disney vacation. Our standards are so high, our team members must have stayed at four different Disney resorts within the last five years. We are dedicated to providing you with real advice based on personal and professional experience. This is not just a hobby or side job; our agents are all full-time travel professionals with expert Disney experience.

Last month, we met in Disneyland in Anaheim, California to experience what’s new at the Disneyland Resort. We had the pleasure of staying at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This American Craftsman-style resort has a private entrance directly into Disney California Adventure. Being just steps from both theme parks and Downtown Disney elevates any Disney vacation – and certainly elevated our time there as well!

Day One

We kicked off our 21st AEP with a private welcome reception in a private at the Grand Californian. It’s always heart-warming to see each other again. We enjoyed tasty hors d’oeuvres and beverages and discussed our exciting plans for the next few days together.

Just prior to the welcome reception, we had the opportunity to tour both the Sycamore Suite and the Arcadia Suite at the Grand Californian. These gorgeous suites are perfect for larger groups, and carry the beautiful craftsman theming throughout. The 2-Bedroom Arcadia Suite that we toured accommodates up to 9 adults, and the 3-Bedroom Sycamore Suite accommodates up to 12 adults. Both offer expansive living space and private balconies overlooking Downtown Disney.
