I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jodie Ball for her outstanding customer relations and service in making a dream vacation with four generations of our family possible.

I initially contacted Jodie over a year in advance to select and coordinate our “6 Day Western Caribbean Disney Cruise.” She was prompt, informative and helpful every step of the way. She responded to all inquiries in a timely manner and offered an abundance of insightful information. Working with Jodie was always pleasurable and easy. I’ll be looking forward to working with her in the future – in the event we begin planning another family Disney Vacation.
